Hi Mumsy, is there any risk for our new pregnancy if we just had our misccariage few months ago ? Any tips for healthy baby? Thanks

yes there are risks but as long asbu take care of urself everything will be fine.i miscarried in juky 2018 at 6weeks and got pregnant again in august after my "first" period and now im 27weeks pregnant with a healthy baby. i read some articles says that woman who have miscarriage often have a healthy pregnancy afterwards. if u have any concern,do talk to ur doctor abt it. as for tips,folic acid is important and never skip it and take it on the same time everyday. as for me,i follow a strict diet which consist of no caffeine and sugar.

congratz.😊yes its normal not to have morning sickness as its just ur body reaction to hormonal changes. as for me i didnt have any appetite to eat anything except for porridge.if not i would vomit. symptoms?u will be more tired than usual and alot of rest is good.there would be implantation bleeding but i think u could tell the differences between implantation and heavy bleeding because u had a miscarriage before.but if in doubt,u can go straight to emergency and bring ur pink book and tell them u have bleeding and also had a miscartiage before this.and also u would have mood swings. there will be some discharge and maybe u will have u.t.i. If u have u.t.i u can drink coconut water without added sugar. and also let ur dr know so they will take ur urine sample for testing. for appointments, ur dr would do it every 2 weeks because u had a miscarriage before and dont worry if ur belly wont show yet.normally ur bump will be shown when u are 18-20weeks.

I've experienced miscarriage in January '18 but alhamdulillah got pregnant again in February '18, and safely delivered a healthy baby boy in November '18. For me, as long as you take care of your body, tak buat kerja berat2, in sha Allah everything will be fine. Avoid food or drinks that will affect your hb,
