Oo mamsh, super common yan sa pregnancy, a few of us in our moms group experienced nosebleeds around that stage din, it's the hormones and increased blood flow kaya ang ilong mo lang ang nag-eexpress haha! But since you're worried at happening na now, best to mention it sa OB mo next check-up lang para sure everything's okay, especially if it's heavy or happening na frequently. In the meantime, try not to pick or blow your nose too hard, at keep the air humid kung pwede (steam from a hot shower helps). Take care ng sarili mo!
