Hi Mumshies! Just wanted to ask. I am 9w preggy now and i was advised by my OB to take Folic Acid and Milk only. My officemates are wondering why my OB didnt gave me some vitamins while on their journey they were given some vitamins for them to intake. How about you mums?

Folic lang din sa akin saka vitamin c nung first trimester ko. since palagi pa ako nagsusuka nun, check ko daw kung kaya ko nang mag gatas. second trimester na po nagbigay ng ibat ibang vitamins si dra.
