Hi Mumshies! Just wanted to ask. I am 9w preggy now and i was advised by my OB to take Folic Acid and Milk only. My officemates are wondering why my OB didnt gave me some vitamins while on their journey they were given some vitamins for them to intake. How about you mums?

folic lang din sakin tsaka milk nung 1st trimester ko.. saka nako niresetahan ng vitamins like ferrous and calcium sa 2nd trimester ko.
