Hi Mumshies! Just wanted to ask. I am 9w preggy now and i was advised by my OB to take Folic Acid and Milk only. My officemates are wondering why my OB didnt gave me some vitamins while on their journey they were given some vitamins for them to intake. How about you mums?

My OB told me to take folic then she asked me if i like drinking milk, when i said no she added vitamins with calcium to her prescription. She said i can take calcium either in milk or vitamin form.
