Gestational diabetes

hello mumsh, Im a first time mommy to be and I just took Gestational test. sabi ni Doc mataas daw sugar ko which means meron ako gestational diabetes? im so scared kasi it may cause complications for me and baby? do you have any suggestions on best diet para mawala to diabetes??? #Helpplease
