Hi Mums!,gano katagal bago lumabas milk pg ngpapump? Mg2mos na c LO and ok naman sya pg nglalatch I think enough naman milk ko pero pg ngttry ako mgpump even after 30mins wala pa dn lumalabas.. need your help please.thanks

Drink more ulam na may mga sabaw. You can also take Malunggay Capsules supplement. Sabi naman kasi nila, mas less daw output sa pagpump kesa sa pag nakadirect latch si baby. Kaya wag ka magworry. Just keep at it, dadami nang dadami pa yan. Rule of supply and demand; the more na magpump ka, the more na gagawa ng milk ang body mo.
