pregnant with endometriotic cysts

I am currently at 21 weeks 5 days pregnant with endometriotic cysts 4.1cm...my doc told me that im in normal labor...i just wanted to know how do you guys manage the pain when u are in contraction with cysts and how ur check up after labor?does ur doc operate ur cysts on the same day of ur labor or after your labor?
