hi mums
my hosp bill came back from NUH.
it says i have to pay about $100+ after all govt sub.
and at the bottom of the bill it writes a credit balance of $1000+
means will they reimburse thru my cpf or chq? or they will keep it for deduction if i ever have any medical appts at nuh?
