Bleeding after c section

Hi Mums, it’s been 12 weeks ago since I gave birth through c section, I was bleeding from day one until 4 weeks after birth but yesterday, I started bleeding again every time I’m peeing. Is this normal? Is this might be a period already? Though I’m a full time breast feeding mum.

"Usually, kapag normal delivery o kahit CS, around 6-8 weeks yang bleeding na yan.
