Hai, spotting in early pregnancy memang biasa sbb hormon changes and implantation, tapi sebab ni first pregnancy dan 4 weeks pa, better safe than sorry, message your doctor or go for a checkup ASAP so they can confirm everything is okay dengan ultrasound. A few of my mum friends had spotting early on and turned out fine, tapi some cases memang need attention, so jangan worry tapi jangan ambik light jugak!
