Headache All The Time

Hi mummys, I'm entering 2nd trimester already but lately I'm having headache all the time. Is this normal? Sometimes can't even do anything including sleep.

I always assume any headaches I've had during pregnancy is normal due to hormones. 😁 It's the baby's doing! Just be patient. If u have to take panadol ya.
