ni cara saya.. ble anak mula mkn, intake susu anak msih sme.. x lebih x kurg.. sehari 2x sye bg menu nasi/bubur, kdg2 lebih kn portion protein.. klu anak x nak mkn, introduce mknn bru..roti ke pasta ke.. klu anak mkn sikit, sye akan bg kerap.. kdg dye tgh main pun sye suap je.. waktu tdo pun kne jge.. anak sye still follow wake window n sblum kol 8mlm memg tdo trus smpi pg..
