hi mummy2, saya dah 38minggu 3 hari, sejak dua hari lepas saya selalu rasa mcm ada benda keluar dri faraj, warna jernih n ad sekali tu dia mcm keputihan skit, ikutkan saya memang xde keputihan, tapi lepas keluar tu, perut mengeras2, tapi on off je n rate sakit pun dalam 3-4/10 mcm tu. lepas tu lubang faraj selalu rasa mcm nyeri2 mcm tu.. baby aktif je.. tu tanda2 ke atau mcm mana? ada yg alami serupa saya x? #firstmom   #ingintahu #pleasehelp .. so mmg confused skit..

Sayang, the clear discharge with occasional whitish tinge mixed with the on-and-off tightening (Braxton Hicks) and mild vaginal pressure is actually pretty common approaching labour, a few of my mum friends experienced exactly this before their contractions became more regular! Since baby is still active and your pain level is low, it sounds like your body is preparing, but you really should check with your doctor atau midwife asap, especially since you're noticing new symptoms, just to make sure everything's progressing normally and there's no infection or anything else going on. Keep track of any pattern to the tightening and let them know about the discharge colour change too, they'll want to know! Don't worry lah, you're so close now
