Cirit birit

Eh sabar ya, cirit birit tu memang common during pregnancy sebab hormones and the baby pushing on your organs, tapi 3-4 kali sehari for 4 days dah agak lama sikit, better check with your doctor to make sure it's not something else like food poisoning atau infection, especially since you're at 23 weeks. A few of my mum friends experienced this jugak but their doc confirmed everything was fine after checking, so don't panic but do get it checked out just to be safe okay. Make sure you drink lots of water so you don't get dehydrated, and stick to bland foods for now.
