I haven't had Cosmofer myself, tapi a few of my mum friends kena for anemia during pregnancy, mostly they're okay lang, no major skin reactions, but a couple of them dapat slight rash or itching at the injection site which went away after a few days. The thing is, everyone's body react differently, especially when you're pregnant, so best you check with your doctor or gynae about any allergies you already have before you go in for the drip, okay? They'll know your medical history better and can monitor you during and after! Hope your iron levels boost soon, mama, at 30 weeks you're doing great!
