Masalah telan ubat besar2 😢
Hi mummy, siapa sini ada masalah susah sangat nak telan ubat yang besar2 lagi2 zincofer tu ya allah nak nangis je rasa tiap kali nak makan punya susah nak telan😢😢
Ayyy I feel you! Zinc supplements memang besar and bitter, a few of us mums struggle with that jugak haha. Try crushing it pastu mix with yogurt or applesauce, or kalau allowed, ask your doctor if ada liquid version ke atau smaller tablet options yang boleh, some pharmacies boleh buat compounding. Kalau really kena telan, chill the tablet first or pakai water swallowing technique (put tongue at roof of mouth while swallowing) sebab ramai cakap senang sikit. But honestly best ask your doctor or pharmacist lah if ada alternatives sebab long-term susah nak ambil medication kan malas and defeating the purpose!
