mkn kurma, air halba suam,roti jagung @ jagung, durian. yg ni sy mkn bila nk tambah susu badan atau masa susu badan berkurang. hari2 biasa minum air suam secukupnya, mkn nasi lauk banyak, minum air milo, susu segar, ibu juga x bleh stress.
