Aww mama, panau biasanya dark spots yang keluar kat muka or body area yang exposed to sun, so bawah dagu and belakang leher tu memang tempat common sebab sweating and friction je, most likely bukan panau lah, maybe just heat rash or fungal thing dari cuaca panas and breastfeeding hormones yang lagi berjaya-jaya! Best la you check with your doctor or klinik just to be sure what it is, then they can suggest the right cream for you (some are safe even when breastfeeding), but in the meantime keep those areas dry and loose clothing je, and a few of us mums swear by staying cool and letting air masuk, mandi air sejuk helps too!
