Hey mummy’s is it ok to drink coffee or tea during breastfeeding?

I would avoid cuz I drank teh o poh before and I felt that my baby was more active and couldn’t sleep! Haha maybe it coincided with a sleep regression, but I avoided drinking caffeine after that to be safe.
