Need some advise on nursing and pumping.
My baby is currently one week old. I express milk between 50ml to 90ml combined.
Just wondering if i follow a 3h expression schedule and in between baby latches on, do i push back to another 3h or follow schedule?
Also, is it necessary to pump in the wee hours of the night?
