Dah 38 weeks

Aiyooo mummy, at 38 weeks you're already in the safe zone so baby is fine, but dengan the fall and that lingering back pain, please go see your doctor or go to the hospital to get checked properly, just to be safe lah, especially since you're getting those tightenings! Every baby's different, my first pun came early, second one took her sweet time until 40 weeks, so don't worry lah, yours will come when ready. A few of us mums swear by walking (not vigorous, just normal), but honestly the safest thing now is just rest, watch your signs, and let your doctor guide you especially after that fall. Keep an eye on any bleeding, strong contractions, or fluid, and if anything feels off, jangan tahan, go in straightaway ya! You're almost there, mama.
