Breast pump

Hi Mummy! I just want to know, when will be the suitable time to get the breast pumps ready? Do i get them before i go for labour or a few weeks after labour? And which is the best breast pumps you all would recommend? Thankyou in advance!

Spectra s1+ for home usage. It’s hospital grade pump. For wearable pump for pumping outside or when back at work, I use spectra wearable : https://s.shopee.sg/7zuo06JiCc This spectra wearable gives me the same yield as my spectra s1+. Convenient as well as its usb-c chargeable. But do take note for the wearable, you need to get flange insert if your size is smaller than 24/28mm.
