Head circumference less than 3 percentile 12 months

Any mummy face the same issue at 12 months? Did u bring yr child to neurologist? My child managed to hit most milestones except now hasn't said dada or mama and don't wave bye bye, point or clap at request. Did yr child turn out fine?
