I think you can just check with a general paediatrician first, they can refer to specialist if necessary. Is your baby small frame overall and what is her weight percentile?

Dont worry. Just let the doctor know when u go for routine milestone checks or vaccine at polyclinics. I remember 12 mo got such checks.
