Hi mummy.. boleh tak share macam mana nak diet @ kawal berat badan lepas bersalin.. baby dh 6m+ tp berat mummy nya naik susah nak turun. . Normal ke? Boleh share tips tak utk diet ibu menyusu yg selalu rasa lapar.. tq🥰

Eat healthy and real food. Control sugar intake and exercise regularly. Snacking pun pilih yang sihat. Contoh kekacang, yogurt, buah, sayur (cucumber, cherry tomato, edamame, etc).
saya rasa puasa salah satu berat badan cepat turun, sy puasa baru 5hari turun 3kg tapii haus tu xleh cakap la 😅
