Diet ibu menyusu

Hi mummy.. boleh tak share macam mana nak diet @ kawal berat badan lepas bersalin.. baby dh 6m+ tp berat mummy nya naik susah nak turun. . Normal ke? Boleh share tips tak utk diet ibu menyusu yg selalu rasa lapar.. tq🥰

Eat healthy and real food. Control sugar intake and exercise regularly. Snacking pun pilih yang sihat. Contoh kekacang, yogurt, buah, sayur (cucumber, cherry tomato, edamame, etc).
