After Dnc, period secalit je? Normal ke?

Hi mummy, after miss miscarriage bulan lepas, now baru my first period after done Dnc 17/07,. And first day period hrini 19/08, it's normal ke period sy tgk pada pad hnya secalit 2 3 je and period pain only rate 2/10? Before this period normally first day mmg heavy sgt +period pain 8/10, hopefully mumy yg berpengalaman bole bantu sharing ur period journey after Dnc.. TQ ##SeriusTanya #ingintahu #bantujawab

Sayang, I'm so sorry about your loss, DNC recovery is different for everyone, tapi what you're describing bole jadi normal transitional period kat bulan pertama. A few of us mums experienced lighter flow and less cramping after DNC sebab uterus masih healing, and it usually normalise balik after 2-3 cycles. Tapi because your pattern has changed quite a bit (dari heavy + severe cramps to this), better check with your gynae to make sure everything's healing well, they can confirm if it's just post-DNC settling or if ada something else.
