Ah, sangat common issue ni! Kemungkinan besar pump size dia tak perfect fit untuk you, kalau flange nya terlalu besar or terlalu kecil, memang lah susu tak keluar habis. A few of my mum friends yang sama situation, after they adjust flange size atau try pump yang lain, hasil lain sekali, so it's worth exploring different sizes before give up on the pump. Manual perah after memang better untuk get those last bits, tapi kalo kena buat setiap time, maybe memang ada something off dengan pump compatibility nya.
