Trouble sleeping @ 2nd trimester

Hi Mummies/MTB, Does anyone else have trouble sleeping in 2nd trimester? I am turning 16 weeks and have been waking up in the middle of the night and can't seem to put myself back to sleep. I feel sleepy but my body feels restless and uncomfortable. Tried changing positions but did not help. Any advice?

Same with me, Ill try not to have afternoon nap, do lots of activities till time for bedtime. Sometimes Ill have hot tea or milo, alternatively hot/warm shower then put on essential oils before going bed. I cant deny this time of pregnancy I do wake up middle night but after 30 to 45 mins ill dose off again. But there are times it will be hours. I watch youtube, play video games to keep my eyes tired. I am currently on 3rd trimester.
