I really feel you on this, especially when you are already so tired in your third tri and your toddler just wants to be on you every single moment. My girl went through the exact same phase when I was pregnant, and I think they can sense the change coming even before we say anything to them. What helped us was just giving her a little extra cuddle time in the morning so she felt secure enough to play on her own after, and also involving her in small things like choosing baby's clothes so she felt included. It does get better lah, hang in there mama.
