Herbal soup

Hi Mummies. I’m in my 1st Trimester. I will tend to vomit and feel nauseous when I smell herbal soup. Eg Ginseng Chicken, ABC soup etc.. does it same for you all?

Hello! I think everyone has different dislikes during this period. Btw ginseng is not advisable for pregnant ladies, so do avoid!

Everyone will have different symptoms, craving, likes and dislike during pregnancy so not every pregnancy will be the same.
