Hi mummy!! 1st time mummy here and 30weeks today as well!! For my case its wayyyy more active the moment i lay down on bed (especially on side).. Usually for morning the kick starts to kick in arnd 6-7am.. its afew kicks,i dnt track it either.. then slowly u will feel the kick as times goes by.. they say, try walk 15mins.. follow ur body.. if ur body can keep up then it shouldnt be a prob! But im feeling heavyyyy now and taking things slower.
