Blood Spotting at 27 weeks

Hi mummies, Have anyone experienced blood spotting at 27 weeks? Have growth scan appointment in 2 days time, not sure if I should go hosp immediately for check or wait for my appt? So far no pains at all, just slight spotting. So worried 😞
