confinement nanny/agency

Hi mummies/daddies! I'm choosing between PEM and Confinement Angels and need some reviews or recommendations. PEM or CA? As it would be my firstborn, main concern would be the nanny to teach me how to bf and to prep me for the days after the nanny service ends.. If you do have other recommendations, feel free to share.
