Lower tummy pain

Hi mummies, Currently 20 weeks pregnant. I’m having pain on my lower tummy when standing, sitting and sometimes laying down. Does anyone facing the same problem? #firstbaby #firsttimemom

Yess i always feel that! I believe its due to pressure and weight of the baby. However if it gets intense pls go to A&e
