3M old fever

Hello mummies, yesterday night my 3.5M bb have fever 38.5 . I sponge him and give him Panadol syrup 3ML that I got during 2month vaccinations. The fever drop and back again around 10aM this morning. I gave him another 3ML and fever is still 38.2. Should I monitor him first or should go KK Emergency

Honestly for me, if baby has high fever, go to kkh straight. To rule out anything. My baby had covid and high fever 38 and above and was hospitalized for 3 days. They took urine and blood test to rule out any infection. As theyre still small, they did not give any medication for my baby as they say their kidney is not fully developed. I would suggest to not self medicate baby. Atleast go to clinic. And yup during the 3 days stay his fever go up down
