i feel having a hakka pump on the breast that baby is not on helps. collecting the let downs every 3 hours during feeding is less tiring than pumping after feeding. though it may yield little amount, but slowly, u will collect enough to have a stash.
Still pumping every 3-5 hours. If pumping time coincides with feeding time, then I'd just pump for 15 mins after feeding.
