Confinement Nanny

Hi mummies, when looking for confinement nanny what requirements do you guys look for? Heard too young not good, what age range should I look for? I’m planning to get nanny from PEM… Do nannies in PEM do baby sleep training? I heard some mummies try to do sleep training as early as day 1. Those who have past experience with PEM do share more about it, would love to know 😊

I really feel you on this, finding the right confinement nanny is so important especially for your first few weeks recovering. I don't have personal experience with PEM specifically, but a friend of mine used them and said the nanny was experienced, caring, and very hands-on with teaching her how to latch and care for the baby, which she really appreciated. For age, I think most mummies prefer someone with at least 10 to 15 years of experience rather than focusing on age alone, because experience really matters more leh. On sleep training from day 1, I would maybe check directly with PEM when you enquire, as it really depends on the individual nanny and their approach, so best to ask upfront during the matching process.
