Csect stilk hurts

Also a month post c section. Still some minor pain in lower abdomen and around the scar area. Still avoiding heavy lifting and too much activity until 6 week sign off with doctor. Some minor pain is expected as everything slowly shrinks back to its original position. For me all very bearable, no need to take any painkillers. If still very uncomfortable I would go have another check up with your doctor, to ensure all healing properly.
