I wear washable ones as they are more gentle to my skin but not exactly 24/7. Most imptly I wore to sleep so it can soak up any leakage esp during initial stage. Now that my milk supply is stabilized, I do not wear breast pads anymore.
I only wear it when baby is 2 to 3 month old after that don't need it anymore. Cos you won't have leakage. And I only wear when I'm out. Don't wear all day it will cause Mastitis too.
Only wore them at the start when boobs tend to get leaky. After a while I just let them be and thankfully no embarrassing milk stains on my shirt so far :)
Don’t wear too long and remember to change often coz it can cause thrush on your boob and may infect LO too.
I wear them 24/7, but change them regularly so that the breasts are not touching soaked pads. So far no issues
No only wear when going out. I don’t care if it leaks through my shirt at home
I wear it all along cause my milk keep leaking. I just change often
