Tummies at night

Hi mummies!! Just want to know is it normal for the tummy to feel tighter and more uncomfortable at night? It's always ok in the day but once come evening, it's really so much tighter, harder and it makes it uncomfortable to sleep. Is this normal? I'm at my 14th week now. #1stimemom #advicepls #pregnancy

Hihi, it’s normal. It will get worse as baby grows.😅

Hahaha yup! Cause by night time, all meals are inside and waiting to be digested 😂 Maybe try not to eat 1-2 hours before bedtime (light snacks or sip on water should be alright). I used to always eat before bedtime and regret it when I cannot breathe 🙃
