prenatal massage recommendations
any mummies used prenatal massages this year (2023) and can recommend? is in home or at salon/spa better? please share the pricing and how you rate it 😊

Honestly, both in-home and salon have their trade-offs, in-home is more convenient when you're heavily pregnant and don't want to travel, but salon tends to give a more complete experience with proper equipment. Pricing-wise, from what I've heard, it ranges quite a bit: budget options start around $78, $100 for 60 minutes, mid-range is around $150, $179 for 90 minutes, and some fancier places can go up to $330 for 90 minutes, so really depends on your comfort level and budget. Someone in my mum group mentioned Madam Partum at Katong, they have a 60-minute session at $100 and 90 minutes at $150, which seems quite reasonable for the quality. Natureland at Chijmes also came up as good value, with one mum saying the therapist was very attentive and she felt well taken care of throughout. I'd say weigh whether the convenience of home service is worth the slight premium, especially in your third trimester when travelling out really isn't fun.
