baby speech

Hi mummies, My son used to coo a lot during 3-4 months and stop. He's 8 months old now but still hasn't babble. And he is always shouting randomly like those high pitched ones. Is this a cause for concerns? Any mummies has similar experience? Thank you for the advices in advance❤️
