ibu paling penting x bleh stress . milkbooster yg serasi dgn badan sy ,kurma, durian, roti jagung @ jagung, air halba suam hari2 biasa sy amalkan lps habis menyusu baby, sy minum air masak utk top up balik air dlm badan utk hasilkan susu, minum milo / horlick, mkn nasi lauk byk,minum susu segar. insyaallah cukup utk baby
