Genki sushi

Hi mummies, can pregnant eat tuna Sushi and mentaiko sauce? I’m currently 35 weeks pregnant and have been eating tuna Sushi wherever I go genki sushi.

They say to avoid la but I just eat haha. But maybe have a bite or one piece will do 😂 .
