Swollen kidneys detected in ultrasound

Hi mummies, Need your advise.. i just had my ultrasound early this week and doctor detected some a minor swollen in my baby's kidney.. i am currently at 24 weeks and i am carrying a boy.. Any advises?

Im currently at week 36, and my baby is suspected with polycystic kidney on monday. Everything was normal before, plus i did ultrasound 34 and it was normal.
