Hey mama, I really think you need to call your clinic or go in today, don't wait for the next appointment, okay? High BP readings at home (even if clinic shows normal) plus headache and swelling at 36 weeks needs proper checking, better safe than sorry lah. A few of my mum friends had similar situations and the doctor said it's important to monitor closely in the final weeks, could be nothing, but it's one of those things that shouldn't be guessed at.
