Sensitive to smell

Hi mummies & mummies to be, I’m about 5 weeks pregnant and sometimes feel abit uncomfortable when I smell food such as pork, fish, gravy kind of food. But doesn’t trigger any nauseous. Just wondering do you all feel the same and how to overcome this?

It is all normal pregnancy hormones. Every pregnant woman would have different symptoms example like food they can/cannot eat, something that they like/dislike or something that trigger their sense of smell.

It’s normal. Try to replace your protein with tofu and yogurt, and stick to light clear soup or porridge with vegetables. It will get worse in the upcoming weeks.
