Spitting/ vomiting

Hi mummies, my LO has been spitting/ vomiting like 2-3 times after each feed. Any idea why??? And how I can prevent this from happening? He also seems to be trying to force something out of the mouth sometimes. Please help to give any tips or advise based on your exp!
