Hi Mummies, any one knows which childcare is better? Star Learners or Skool4kidz?

my boy is with Skool4kids for around 1.5 years already, since 20th months old.. so far so good. seldom sick and no breakout of hfmd so far.

I don't fancy starlearners. I noticed that many of their teachers are foreigners. I prefer locals unless it's Chinese teachers.
